Shipping Policy

At Al Miraj Books, we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping methods, delivery times, and related matters.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. Customers will be notified by email if there are significant delays.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to United States addresses only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers (depending on shipping method).

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use reliable and trackable carriers to deliver your orders:

  • USPS Media Mail (books only)

  • USPS First Class / Priority Mail

  • UPS Ground
    The carrier used may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USPS Media Mail: 2–8 business days

  • USPS First Class / Priority Mail: 2–5 business days

  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping method, and destination.

  • No additional handling fees are applied.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  • If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of estimated delivery, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • Al Miraj Books is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.
