Returns Eligibility

  • You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Returns are accepted only for:

    • Damaged items

    • Defective items

    • Incorrect items sent

  • Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used books

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping Costs

  • We will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping for Returns

  • Currently, we ship only within the United States.

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, with a cutoff time of 2 PM for same-day processing.
